# 🦊 Art scammers vs furries > [!caution] 🚧 Page still under construction! 🚧 # ✏️ How scammers make traced "WIP" drawings of their "art" > [!cite] This section was provided by Deerypoof I wanted to highlight this to inform people that this type of tracing is made extremely easy in Adobe Illustrator, which is the program that these scammers primarily use. It can be seen in action in this video here: ![](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ALzeC0Y816g&t=68s) Basically you just take any image of your choosing, open it in Illustrator, click Object > Live Trace > Make and Expand. This creates a vector outline of the entire image, which you can edit to your content by adding text, color, etc. For these "WIPS" they keep sending people, all they have to do is this process for any AI image they conjure up or find, and then all they do is hide the fill colour and allow a stroke (basically a thin black outline that borders the vector). I just did this using Adobe Illustrator. Since this is the program they have, this is what they're doing: ![[Vectorisation eg A.png]] ![[Vectorisation eg B.png]] ![[Vectorisation eg C.png]]
