# 🐾 FAST volunteers This project, under the name Scam Tracking, was originally developed and brought to life by Yumi. Over time, more furries have joined in with helping to maintain, moderate, and admin the FAST project. ## 🛡️ Admins _Admins_ refers to those with admin/moderator rights in the FAST chat groups, and who are generally privy to all the inner-workings of the project. They are responsible for moderation of FAST chat groups, and should be your first point of contact in case of an issue with a disruptive chat member. If you have a technical issue with the tools or resources available, the best place to ask is in the [FAST Discussions](https://t.me/ScamTrackingGroup) group - we have a regular cohort of helpful furs who can give you a helping paw or point you in the right direction. There is a topic in that group called _**FAST Project Queries**_ and that's where you'll get the quickest response from the FAST admins. [Current contact details for the FAST Admins are also in the Listings group here.](https://t.me/scamtrackinglist/1205) ^admins ## ✨ Advanced users One of the array of chat groups that is part of FAST is our [[💌 Telegram groups#✨ Advanced|Advanced]] group, where we allow trusted and vetted users access to more of the back-end data that we have available to us to help detect scammers. We don't want the details of what we gather and how we gather it to be revealed to scammers, or else they may develop ways around them. If that were to happen, we'd lose much-needed anti-scammer capabilities. That's why those tools are not available for use by regular users. Members of the Advanced group also help us with reviewing the submissions made via the [[📨 Reporting scammers#🤖 Reporting a new scammer via the bot|FAST New Scammer Submissions Bot]]. The reports that users make go into a chat group where Advanced users, as well as admins, can use our specialised tooling to investigate accounts. Advanced users have no additional chat privileges over regular users. While they do have access to more data than most users, they are still expected to follow all the same rules - in fact they have greater obligations placed on them to keep our advanced techniques under wraps. Without these _**furries**_ providing us with _**assistance**_ we wouldn't be able to be anywhere near as effective at doing the _**scam**_ _**tracking**_.
